Refund policy
Our food products are perishable and cannot be returned for food safety reasons — but your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive something damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exceptions — Non‑Returnable Items
Due to the nature of the products we sell, the following items cannot be returned:
Perishable food items (e.g., cheeses, cured meats, bacalhau, sweets, baked goods) Opened or unsealed food products Custom or personalized items Gift boxes or hampers that include perishable items Items purchased on sale or promotion

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging — and proof of purchase is required.
Please note that the cooling‑off period does not apply to perishable food products, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
