Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
We work directly with Portuguese regional producers and artisan suppliers, so shipping prices may vary depending on product type and packaging requirements.

All shipping costs are shown clearly before checkout — no surprises.

Delivery Times

Processing Time

• 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday)
• Orders placed before 18:00 (Lisbon time) are usually processed the same day

Shipping Time

• Portugal (Mainland): 1–3 business days
• Portugal (Islands): 3–7 business days
• European Union: 3–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, season, customs, or the specific regional producer.

Carriers

We ship using reliable carriers commonly used in Portugal and Europe, including:

• CTT Expresso (Portugal)
• DPD / Chronopost (Portugal & EU)
• GLS, MRW, or partners (EU shipments from producers)

The carrier used for each order may vary depending on origin, destination, and product type.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number.
Tracking details will be emailed automatically once your order has been shipped.

• Portugal (mainland and islands)
• European Union countries

If international shipping outside the EU becomes available, we will update this policy accordingly.

Address Changes

You may request an address correction within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting:

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged:

1. If possible, refuse delivery.
2. If already received, take photos of:
   • The box
   • The label
   • The damaged product

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
