This is a good item, but i do have some complaints.
I'm happy because i was looking for a battery-powered doorbell that isn't rechargeable.
There were so many chimes songs that i had a hard time deciding which ones to choose.
The instructions are written in various languages, including japanese language.
There are some typos, but they are not poorly translated japanese pseudo-language and are readable.
The back of the unit comes with adhesive tape, but in my environment this tape gets in the way and i had a very, very hard time removing it.
I wish the adhesive tape could be added later only when necessary.
My biggest complaint is that i can only hear my voice using the mobile app.
I wanted something that i could respond to with a device that rings a chime.
The radio wave has a short range, so the chime won't ring at a distance of 8m.
Works very well only regretfully that I can also watch live when I want.
In itself an attractive device for the price you pay for it, it is a pity that you cannot see what door happened for you via the accompanying app without calling the Bell, there is a video connection to the Video doorbell only when the bell is rung.
